22-year-old excels in exams
SHILLONG: A 22-year-old boy, Robert Kharrngi was felicitated by Seng Samla Malki at Shillong Press Club on Thursday after his sheer hard work catapulted him to the topper’s rank since matriculation examinations till his graduation.
Addressing a press conference on Thursday, Junestar Kharbuli, president of the Seng Samla Malki, said, “Kahrrngi had made it to the 7th position in the tribal list in SSLC exams from Little Flower School, 2nd position in the general merit list in the year 2013 (12th Commerce) and 1st position in B.com (Honours) at the general merit list. He passed his 12th and graduation from St. Edmunds’ College”.
Kharrngi said, “I urge other youngsters to work hard. I have kept my faith in God and my hardwork has paid off.” He said that he aims to be a professor.
