The Ri-Bhoi Deputy Commissioner has informed that biometric enrolment under NPR will resume from September 1 at Umling C&RD Block office and at Deputy Commissioner’s office, Nongpoh.

programme
Srimanta Sankardev Cultural Centre, Bishnupur will organize a cultural programme in the D.K.D Memorial Hall, Bishnupur at 6 pm on September 2. Meanwhile, on September 3, a theatrical performance titled ‘Bhaona’ will be organised on Namghar premises at 6 pm.
