Suspected dog hunters held

SHILLONG:  Residents of Mawlyngngad and Sohryngkham apprehended two suspected dog hunters on the wee hours of Wednesday and handed them over to police.
A catapult, cable wire and a plastic bag was recovered from the possession of Lalkhawing Khun (26) and David Hmar (22) of Happy Valley. It is suspected that the duo was out to kill dogs.
