NGH contractors slam State govt

SHILLONG: The president of North Garo Hills Tribal Contractors’ Association, Jagir Sangma has said that the association condemns the State government for the delay in release of pending bills.
In a meeting held on Friday at Resubelpara, the association has decided to temporarily suspend its agitation against the non-payment of bills in PWD and PHE department.
“We will resume our protest and continue until the government clears our due payments,”
