City school shines in BSF quiz competition

SHILLONG: Border Security Force Senior Secondary School of Meghalaya Frontier HQ Umpling(Shillong) bagged the coveted DG’s Trophy in the Inter-BSF Quiz Competition organised by BSF HQ New Delhi which was held recently at BSF Academy, Tekenpur.
After a neck to neck contest, BSF Senior Secondary School emerged the winner scoring the maximum point at the finale held on September 5.
Md Enzamul Barbhuya, Meshuwa K. Mawthow and Chirchomri Kumrah, all from Class XI(Sc) under the guidance of Manjari Biswas, PGT(Eng) were the participants representing the school.  P K Dubey, Inspector General BSF Meghalaya Frontier, met with the team at the Frontier HQ BSF Umpling.
