SHILLONG: The State and West Jaintia Hills District units of the BJP will felicitate Sing Mulieh and his nephew Marki Mulieh who joined the party recently. Sing Mulieh, who was with the UDP, is a former Jowai MLA and has also held the post of CEM of the JHADC. Marki Mulieh, also from UDP, is an MDC from Jowai North. The felicitation programme will be held in Jaintia Hills on October 29.
