UDP slams maxi taxi, SPTS bus operation in city

SHILLONG: The UDP Shillong City unit has expressed shock over the operation of SPTS buses and maxi taxis in the city. UDP General Secretary Allantry Franklin Dkhar said that SPTS buses and maxi cabs are found parked in the outskirts of the city as people are forced to wait at embarkation points like  Khyndailad and Laitumkhrah. The UDP unit will hold  a meeting on Saturday to discuss this and various other issues.
