Theft
On November 7, unknown miscreants stole one meter box from Mawpat petrol pump at Wahheh, Shillong.
Phaw Phawa lodged a complaint that on November 5 around 12.30 AM, unknown miscreants stole his cell-phone, Tablet and wallets from his residence at Nongthymmai, Nongshiliang, Shillong.
Radhakreshnant lodged a complaint that on November 5, one unidentified miscreant stole a cell-phone from Payal Cinema Hall, Police Bazar.
Rahman Bora lodged a complaint that on November 4, unknown miscreants stole his telecommunication equipments valued around Rs. 3,16,788 from the house of one Vanlalnghaka at  Nongrimbah, Shillong.
Kerlihun B Majaw of District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum, East Khasi Hills lodged a complaint that on October 27 around 2.30 PM, one computer, one CPU and one monitor were found missing from the office.
Assault
On November 6 around 2 AM, unidentified miscreants assaulted Arnold Pyngrope (36 yrs) with sharp objects at his residence at Jongksha village under Madanrting PS. As a result, the victim sustained grievous injuries and was admitted to Woodland Hospital.
AB Constable Chandan Paul lodged a complaint that on November 4 around 8.45 AM, two unidentified boys came charging at him with an intention to hurt him at A’konggre, Tura (WGH). However, he managed to escape and contacted PCR Tura over phone. Later, highway patrol rushed to the spot and brought him to Tura PS.
Murder
On November 4 around 9.30 PM, one Basum Ch Sangma (26 yrs) of Agalgre village under Ampati PS (SWGH) murdered his brother-in-law, Withindro S Sangma. Cadaver was shifted to Tura Civil Hospital for post mortem examination. Later, the accused surrendered at Ampati PS.
Molestation
A woman lodged a complaint that on November 4 around 7.40 PM, one Om Chettri molested her at Lumjingshai Complex, Shillong.
Girl missing
On October 29, Binulin Lyngdoh Khongsngi lodged a complaint that her daughter (17 yrs), went missing while she was on her way from Nongkynrih, Laitumkhrah to Lapalang, Shillong.
