On January 22 at about 12.30 pm, a truck (AS-01P-0667) driven by Shakaldev Yadav dashed against one motorcycle (AS-01BU-7973) ridden by Lopes Rabha (40) at Rajabagan, Byrnihat (RB). As a result, the motorcycle rider sustained injuries. Matter is under enquiry.
On January 22 at about 9.30 pm, one SPTS maxi cab (ML-01-6931) driven by Shaliwell Pyngrope (48), knocked down a pedestrian, Swenter Kmah (45) at Jalynteng, Nongkynrih, Laitlyngkot (EKH) and capsized. As a result, the pedestrian, driver and one occupant sustained injuries. The injured were shifted to PHC Laitlyngkot / CH Shillong. Matter is under enquiry.
On January 22 at about 12.55 pm, an accident took place between one scooty (ML-10A-4240) ridden by Lakyntiew Lyngdoh (19) and a vehicle (number not known) at Sa-i-mika Park, Sohra (EKH). As a result, the scooty rider and one pillion rider sustained injuries and were admitted at CH Shillong. Matter is under enquiry.
On January 22 at about 1 pm, one Maruti Alto (ML-05L-8757) dashed against a motorcycle (PB-09AD-4399) ridden by Prasan Mishra (32) at Barik, Shillong. As a result, the motorcycle rider sustained injuries and was admitted at CH Shillong. Matter is under enquiry.
On January 13 evening, an auto-rickshaw driven by Jofoer Ahmed capsized at Rangatari Tri-junction (SWGH). As a result, one occupant sustained injuries and was shifted to CH Tura.
