SHILLONG: A 19-year-old boy has been arrested for allegedly raping his minor sister in a village in Ri Bhoi district.Policesaid Paulus Makri raped his seven-year-old sister on February 19 at their residence at Umngei in Ri Bhoi.In another incident, a woman lodged a complaint that on January 29, one Dame Lamare raped her mentally unstable daughter at Sahsniang village in West Jaintia Hills and also threatened her with dire consequences if she tried to report the matter.
