Rilbong Chowk renamed as Clifford Nongrum Square

SHILLONG: Rilbong Chowk will now be known as Clifford Nongrum Square, the cabinet decided on Tuesday.Besides, the General Administration Department has also renamed Ganesh Das Hospital as Ganesh Das Government Maternity and Child Health Hospital.GAD Minister HDR Lyngdoh said the road surrounding Thomas Jones Synod College in Jowai will be known as Thomas Jones Road.
Also, Garampani in West Jaintia Hills will be known as Saphai.
