NONGSTOIN: The Deputy Commissioner of West Khasi Hills District, Arun Kumar Kembhavi through the direction of the State Government made an announcement to the general public that safety measures for all the game and sport especially water sports has been imposed.
Therefore the public must follow the rules and regulations to avoid any tragic incident.
Any individual, organisation or society who organise water sports will have to get the permission by the Deputy Commissioner, and if anybody conduct such event without permission will be term as illegal.
