Man stabbed in WJH

JOWAI: A man was stabbed by a fellow villager in West Jaintia Hills on Monday evening, police said.
West Jaintia Hills police said Triphi Pala of Moorap village lodged a complaint that her husband was stabbed by Chen Langshiang of the same village.
According to the complaint, Pala said her husband was returning home from work and on reaching Nongkynrih road, Langshiang took out a knife and stabbed him causing injuries. He is admitted in Dr. Norman Tunnel Hospital Jowai. The accused is yet to be arrested.
