Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal released a book titled ‘Lal Nadi Nile Pahar’ (red river blue mountain) at a function held at the conference hall of chief minister block at Janata Bhawan in Dispur on Tuesday. Penned by senior journalist Ravishankar Ravi, the book is an account of the writer’s experience on several aspects of the North East.
