Demand to change power cut timing

SHILLONG: UDP legislator T.W Chyne has demanded change of time in load shedding at Laitlyngkot and its adjoining places. The current power cut timing is from 6 to 9am, which according to the legislator has affected the people. He urged the MeECL to change the timing to 10 am or midnight.
