In this photo released by China’s Xinhua News Agency, a hooded criminal suspect on China’s most-wanted list is escorted by police after disembarking from a United Airlines flight from the US at the Beijing Capital International Airport on Thursday. According to Chinese state media, the man who is accused of rape, was apprehended after overstaying his visa in the US. China and the United States have no formal extradition treaty, often making the return of wanted fugitives a complex task. (PTI)
