Condolence
Members of the Zenith Jubilieth Club, Laban have mourned the death of Anthony Lyngdoh, ex-MLA from Laban constituency. The members recalled the association of Lyngdoh and said that the Club had lost a close friend, philosopher and guide. The House also observed one minute silence in his memory.
Office bearers
The Seng Samla Nongrimbah, Laitumkhrah has elected new office bearers for the year 2017-2019. Thombor Wahlang has been elected as president, Rajeev Nongbri was named general secretary, Neil Thabah was elected vice-president while Terence Kharkongor was elected as assistant general secretary.
