Villages under new Mawshynrut Civil Sub-Division

 SHILLONG:  Meghalaya government has created a new civil sub-division to be called Mawshynrut civil sub-division in West Khasi Hills District with headquarters at Mawshynrut. With the formation of the new civil sub-division and consequent upon its creation, it has started functioning from its headquarters at Mawshynrut with effect from the July 10, 2017. This was informed by the Chief Secretary to the Government of Meghalaya, according to an official communique issued here on Tuesday.
