SHILLONG: The first case of arson was reported in Jaintia Hills when miscreants attempted to torch a vehicle.
B.J Kharshandi, EAC, Jowai lodged a complaint that on the night of July 8, two unidentified miscreants attempted to set fire to one MMFC vehicle (ML-04C-1230) which was parked on the premises of DC Office (Election Branch).
