Derby: The semi-final match of the Women’s World Cup between India and Australia was delayed due to rain at the County Ground here on Thursday.

The Indian eves reached the crucial knock-out tie on the back of a huge 186-run win over New Zealand and a win over world champions Australia on Thursday will help them reach their second World Cup final.

Hosts England have already reached Sunday’s final after narrowly beating South Africa in the first semi-final at Bristol on Tuesday. (IANS)
