Meeting
The annual general meeting of Sri Sri Madhabdev Namghar Management Committee will be held on July 23 at 1pm on the premises of Asom Kristi Kendra, Namghar, Dhankheti, Shillong.

Panel discussion

Vanamahotsava
The office of the Divisional Officer (Social Forestry) West Khasi Hills celebrated Vanamahotsava at Sacred Heart Secondary School, Mawlangdep, on Thursday. Teachers, students and officials of different line departments of the State Government were present.
Workshop
A one-day continued medical education programme and workshop on different cadaveric ear surgeries was organised by the Department of ENT, Head & Neck Surgery, NEIGRIHMS, on July 15. The theme of the programme was Basic & Advances in ENT.
SK Oil released
The Deputy Commissioner (Supply), West Khasi Hills, has informed that SK Oil for the month of July, 2017 has been released through SK Oil sub-dealers. The price for the sub-dealer is Rs.21.86p per litre and for the public consumers of Nongstoin (Town Area) is Rs. 24.86p per litre and outside Nongstoin Town Area (Rural) is Rs. 25.36p per litre.
Cleaning drive
The UDP Youth Wing Ranikor Circle, Shillong Area Unit, in collaboration with Western Border Association, conducted a cleaning drive at the Lawmali Cemetery, Shillong on July 17.
Residents and traditional heads of Mukhla Shohshrieh under the jurisdiction of Thadlaskein, West Jaintia Hills, conducted a cleaning drive of the village recently.
