SHILLONG: Former chairman of Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), G Madhavan Nair delivered the Second APJ Abdul Kalam Lecture organized by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Shillong on the occasion of second death anniversary of Dr Kalam on Thursday here.
