Juveniles detained for stealing arms, ammunition

SHILLONG: Five juveniles apprehended from the city for stealing arms and ammunitions from home guard personnel.
Police said that on Friday morning, around 1.45 am, five juveniles were apprehended for stealing one .303 rifle and forty rounds of .303 ammunitions from the Guard House of Home Guard personnel, manning the MeCOFED Marketing Board, Mawiong, Shillong. The juveniles were forwarded to Juvenile Justice Board.
