Vehicles music systems worth Rs 69000 stolen

JOWAI: Music systems worth Rs 69000 were stolen from vehicles in Nartiang, West Jaintia Hills.
Miscreants stole tapes worth Rs 12000 and a sound system from another vehicle worth Rs 21000, which were parked at Nartiang Police Station.
On Wednesday in between 2 am to 4 am, miscreants after removing the rear wind shield of his car, stole the tape, said the Officer in charge, Nartiang PS.
Another vehicle belonging to Seibor Shylla was found with it rear windshield removed and a car tape along with speakers worth Rs. 15000 was found missing.
In the same night, another vehicle that belongs to Phira Phalyngki of Nartiang village has reported that miscreants stole music system (Sony) worth Rs. 21000.
