MoU signed on phase-III MHIS

 SHILLONGA meeting was held on Monday in the presence of the Director of NEIGHRIHMS where officials of the State Nodal Agency- Megha Health Insurance Scheme (MHIS), Health Department, the insurance company and the third party administrators ironed out all issues with regards to the implementation of Megha Health Insurance Scheme (MHIS), according to an official communique.

Director, NEIGRIHMS, Prof (Dr.) D M Thappa hands over the document to the State Nodal Agency MHIS.

The MOU for the implementation of the Phase III of MHIS was signed between NEIGHRIHMS, New India Assurance Co Ltd and Medicare TPA. Following the signing of the MOU, beneficiaries enrolled under MHIS Phase III can now show their MHIS smart card at NEIGHRIHMS and avail the benefits under the scheme.
