SHILLONG: The Rilbong Sports and Cultural club has released the names of winners of drawing and painting competition held in memory of Manik Ghosh organized by the club.
The prize distribution ceremony will be held on October 7 at 4 pm.
The winners are Group A from KG : Annie Chriled Sangma, Pine Mount (first), Abhinav Roy, Seven Set (second), and Fionailaridor Khyriem from Pinemount (third) . There are as many as nineteen special prizes.
In Group B, Abishek Roy, class II student of St Anthony’s secured first, Madhuja Das of Loreto Convent (class II), second and Richa Sarkar, class I from Pine Mount (third) besides eight special prizes.
In Group C, Sayantani Dev of Pine Mount (class III) got first, Aditya Nath of Tender Care( class IV) and Sanchita Nath of Laban Bengalee Girls LP ( class IV) shared second prizes and Bhumika Chakraborty of St Margaret ( class IV) secured third. There are five special prizes.
In Group D, M. Joshila Devi of St Mary’s (class VI) secured first, Anurag Jan from All Saints ( class VI) second and Sneha Paul of Rilbong PNC (class VI) got third .Two students were awarded special prizes.
In Group E, Aditya Roy of St Peter’s School (class VIII) secured first, Sujal Singh and Minakshi Paul of Rilbong PNC ( class VIII) got second and third respectively and there are two special prizes.
