Lumshnong village council extends support to poll aspirant Skindro Dkhar

SHILLONG: The village council of Lumshnong, East Jaintia Hills, has decided to extend its support to Independent candidate, Skindro Dkhar who will contest the 2018 Assembly elections from Sutnga-Saipung Constituency.

According to a statement released by Joining Dkhar, poll aspirant Skindro is the third son of (L) Friday Bthuh and Weris Dkhar from Narpuh Elaka who hails from a poor family.

He has been working as upper division assistant (UDA) at the Deputy Commissioner’s Office East Jaintia Hills District Khliehriat and has applied for Voluntary Retirement Scheme.

Sutnga-Saipung constituency is currently represented by Independent Candidate, Hopeful Bamon.
