(left) The famous play Broken Images performed by Shabana Azmi was showcased on the second day of the GPlus Guwahati Theatre Festival. The play is a one-character, one-act monologue exploring the identity crisis that rips the mask off a celebrity; The Gentlemen’s Club aka Tape was showcased on the third day of the festival. It was performed by Sheena Khalid, Puja Sarup, Rachel D’souza, Mukti Mohan and Ratnabali Bhattacharjee. This theatrical production imagines what it would be like to have a club that allows drag kings to perform.
