Bakshi transferred

SHILLONG: West Garo Hills Deputy Commissioner Pravin Bakshi has been transferred according to the order of Election Commission of India due to the upcoming polls.
Bakshi has been posted in Shillong as Secretary, Health and family welfare, Sports and Youth Affairs and Mission Director, National Health Mission and Executive Officer of the Meghalaya Health Insurance Scheme and Director, Fisheries.
In his place, the government appointed Ram Singh as the Deputy Commissioner of West Garo Hills.
