2 Nokmas yet to be traced

SHILLONG: The All Khasi Hills Nokma Welfare Association based in Shallang has urged the kidnappers of the two Nokmas to release them unharmed.
One of the members of the Association, Nilam R Sangma, Nokma of Rengdim in Shallang, West Khasi Hills was abducted from his residence on November 10.
Two days later, another Nokma, Jonilson M Sangma from Badri Rongding A’we in Nongalbibra, South Garo Hills was also abducted from his residence.
The association said till date the families have not been contacted by the abductors.
