NONGSTOIN: A man was arrested for allegedly raping a minor in Kyllonmathei under Shallang PS, West Khasi Hills on December 25.
Liorius Puwein allegedly raped a 13-year-old girl.
Reportedly, Puwein committed the crime in the house of the minor victim when nobody was around.
The girl later narrated her ordeal to the parents, and an FIR was filed against Puwein.
A case under section 5(n)/6 PoCSO Act was registered.
