SHILLONG: The Deputy Commissioner, East Jaintia Hills District, Khliehriat, has informed that all District Offices, Magisterial Courts and Educational Institutions located in East Jaintia Hills District will remain closed on the 11th January, 2018 on account of Nul Ding Kut Festival (Festival of Renewal of Life), at Saipung Village.
