SHILLONG: One rifleman Joy Roy (29 years) S/O Porimal Roy R/O DGR, Laitumkhrah Block C, 5020119 A (E) Company was apprehended by police on Saturday morning while he was creating trouble in Bara Bazar area in the city.
He was brought to the Beat House and sent for medical examination. Military police was informed and he was taken into custody by Cantonment Police Beat House, Mawlonghat.
