Meeting
The Meghalaya Upper Primary School Teachers Association Jaintia Hills will hold its Regional Executive Committee (REC) meeting on Saturday at Tympang Club School, Iawmusiang, Jowai by 10:30 am. The association request all its members to attend the meeting without fail, so that its aims and objectives to strengthen the association will be a success.
New directors
The Installation of new Board of Directors of Lions Club of Shillong, headed by Lion Dilip Bose was held in Shillong Club on Thursday. Lion Dr. S.S Harlalka, the Past District Governor was the Installation Officer who administered the oath of office to Lion Dilip Bose and his team which consists of Lion Gagan Deora as Secretary and Lion Ranjana Jhunjhunwala as Treasurer, besides other office bearers. The outgoing President Lion Biman Talukdar presented awards to various members for active support during his tenure as President.
