TURA: Pandemonium took place at the peak of shopping time inside Tura super market on Saturday evening after a mentally challenged man rushed around aggressively wielding a dagger.

The 32-year-old man from Rengsipara area of Dalu town, identified as Jibulin A Sangma, was moving around the heart of the market shouting aggressively and wielding a sharp edged dao (machete) all around threatening anyone who tried to come in his way.
