20 named in 7th chargesheet in APSC job scam

GUWAHATI: Assam police have submitted seventh chargesheet in connection with the ‘cash-for-jobs’ scam of Assam Public Service Commission (APSC).

The chargesheet was filed against 20 of the gazetted officers accused of buying the high-profile government jobs, in the special court here on Friday. Those who were named in the seventh chargesheet included Bornali Das, Sushubhon Das, Dhrubajyoti Chakraborty, Manjur Elahi Laskar, Moon Mazumder, Monica Terangpe, Mustafa Ahmed Borbhuyan, Ganesh Chandra Das, Bhargav Phukon,  Md. Saibur Ahmed Borbhuyan,, Shrabonti Sengupta,, Dipsikha Phukon, Suranjita Hazarika, Pallavi Sharma, Leena Krishna Kakoti, Gulson Doulagupu, Nipon Kumar Pathak, Kabita Das and Riturak Neog.
