SHILLONG: A male body is lying in the Shillong Civil Hospital morgue. The man was found unconscious near T.B Hospital road in the evening of October 22. However, he died on the same day.
The deceased is 5.3 feet tall, swarthy complexion, he was wearing grey and black stripped shirt and green pants.
