SHILLONG: Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Kiren Rijiju could not attend the Youth Leader Connect (YLC) owing to inclement weather condition.
Rijiju is the chief patron of YLC and was supposed to attend the roundtable discussion on Made in North East.
