The 27th State Karate Championship organised by the All Meghalaya Karate-Do Association, was held at Laban Sports Club Indoor Hall in the city on Friday. Altogether 320 karatekas participated in the championship. East Khasi Hills District Sports Officer Daniel Dann attended the event as the chief guest.
