Three injured in separate accidents

Shillong: In a hit and run case two victims identified as Synshardame Phawa (29) and Winstone Churchill Nongsteng (33), met with an accident on Thursday. The victims were on a bike (ML05 B 1646) when a jeep came from behind and hit them and drove away at Laitkor on the way to Woodland Institute. Both the victims sustained injuries and were shifted to Civil Hospital Shillong by 108 Smit based ambulance.
In another incident, three trucks, of which the two trucks registration number are ML04C7300, AS24C3732 were involved in a collision where one of the trucks overturned at Puriang on Friday. The victim identified as Lokos Pohkarlu (24) sustained injuries and was shifted to Mawryngkneng PHC by 108 Mawryngkneng based ambulance.
