NONGSTOIN: A man was arrested for raping a minor in West Khasi Hills on Monday.
The accused identified as Ripolas War (32) of Nongkhlaw allegedly raped a 6-year-old girl.
According to sources, this was not the first time he has committed the heinous crime.
Hence, Mairang PS Case No.26 (11)2018 U/S 3(a)/4 of POCSO Act has been registered and Nongstoin Women Police has entrusted to investigate the case.
