SHILLONG: With CEM HS Shylla quitting NPP, party MDC from Sohryngkham Pyniaid Sing Syiem has been appointed as the parliamentary party leader of NPP in KHADC.
The development assumes significance as Syiem can be elected as the next CEM to lead the NPP-led coalition in KHADC if the party comes to power.
