SHILLONG: The People’s Democratic Front (PDF) will release its election manifesto for the Council polls on Thursday at the residence of working president of the party, Banteidor Lyngdoh.
Lyngdoh is also the Cabinet minister in-charge of Sports and Youth Affairs. The PDF has fielded 24 candidates – 9 in Jaintia Hills and 15 in Khasi Hills. The PDF has also fielded three women candidates from Mawkynrew, Umsning and Mylliem.
So far, the UDP and HSPDP has released their election manifesto.
