Two-day seminar on waste management held

NONGPOH: The Bosco Integrated Development Society (BIDS), Nongshiliang- Nongthymmai with financial assistance from the Chief Minister Youth Development Scheme have recently organised a two-day seminar cum workshop on social responsibility among the youths of Nongpoh town, SHG leaders and students on waste management.
The programme, which aimed at spreading mass awareness on proper waste management and cleanliness in the society, was attended by Thomas Roy Mallai, Administrator, BIDS, E Naik, Training Coordinator, BIDS, Herroi Nongrum, Block Coordinator, LIFE Project, BIDS Umling Block, Rickey Renthley, Coordinator, Bethany Society and others.
