TURA: In view of Lok Sabha elections 2019, a Control Room for registering and monitoring complaints regarding violation of Model Code of Conduct and other election related issues has been set up in the office of the District Election Officer, South Garo Hills, Ampati.
Complaints, if any, can be lodged in the following Nos: 1950 (landline toll free number), 9366878508 (Jio) and 7630057049 (Airtel).
Meanwhile, the District Magistrate, South West Garo Hills District has asked all arms license holders to deposit their arms immediately at the nearest Police Station and Police Outpost for smooth and peaceful conduct of the election.
