State NCC cadet to represent India in Kazakhstan

SHILLONG: Senior Under Officer Arindam Kapinjal of 41 Meghalaya NCC Arty Bty under NCC Shillong Group will represent India in Kazakhstan as part of the youth exchange programme conducted by National Cadet Corps.
This was informed by Col Rajeev Bagga, Commanding Officer of 41 Megahalaya NCC, who was instrumental in grooming Arindam. The team will travel soon, a statement said.
A student of St Anthony’s College, Arindam represented NCC Directorate, NE Region, as best cadet in the Republic Day camp  in New Delhi this year.
