GUWAHATI: Bongaigaon District Administration in Assam has launched a new mobile App “Sankalp”, conceptualised by Deputy Commissioner Bongaigaon and developed by NIC Bongaigaon to motivate the voters, especially first-time voters, to cast their vote in the forthcoming Lok Sabha election 2019.
The elections in Bongaigaon district under Barpeta Parliamentary Constituency will be held on April 23. The app is applicable only for 32 Bongaigaon Legislative Assembly segment under Barpeta Parliamentary Constituency.
