Police arrest cattle thieves

NONGSTOIN: Police personnel from Raingdo Police Station have arrested Robert Marak and Kyrshanbor Nongkseh for stealing cattle at Riangsih village in West Khasi Hills.
According to the FIR filed by Warles Thongni of Riangsih village, on July 19, the accused persons had stolen two cows belonging to the complainant from the cow shed.
On Sunday, the police apprehended the two accused while they were up for selling the cows at Riangdo market.
In this connection, a case was registered and the interrogation was under way.
