SHILLONG: Appolinious Nongspung (14) has been missing since Saturday evening from Happy Valley, the director of CHILDLINE informed in a statement here.
A missing complaint has been lodged at Madanriting police station. The child was wearing a blue jacket and blue jeans, the statement said.
