1-day Science seminar held

WILLIAMNAGAR : A one-day district-level students’ science seminar on the theme ‘Periodic Table of Chemical Elements : Impact on Human Welfare’ organised by the District School Education Officer, East Garo Hills, was inaugurated by Deputy Commissioner, Swapnil Tembe, at DRDA Hall, Williamnagar on Wednesday.
Inaugurating the seminar, the DC spoke at length about the elements and their impact on human welfare, and urged the student community to dedicate themselves to their studies and to discover new heights. He also interacted with the participating students.
The participating schools include Greenyard Secondary School, Sacred Heart Higher Secondary School, Loyola Secondary School, among others.
